  1. Season the shrimp with salt and red pepper flakes and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot add the shrimp and cook to 80% doneness. Remove the shrimp from the pan onto a plate.
  3. Sautee the onions and garlic until translucent. Then add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Wait for the wine to reduce by 50%.
  4. Once the wine is reduced add the tomato paste, canned tomatoes, oregano and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
  5. Return the shrimp to the pan and cook them in the sauce for 1 minute to heat them through.
  6. Serve immediately over spaghetti and garnish with parsley leaves.
